Qalam Works is committed to respecting your privacy. This page describes how our tools and website handle your data.
Document and Text Processing
Most cleanup and editing runs in your browser. Document Cleaner, Quality Audit, Unicode Standardizer, and Document Studio editing process text on your device. We do not store your documents. Document Studio PDF export sends content only to generate the requested PDF file; that content is not retained after the file is produced.
Local Storage
Document Studio may save a draft in your browser's localStorage so you can continue later. This draft stays on your device. You can clear it anytime by clearing browser data or using Clear Draft in the Studio.

If you contact us by email, your message and email address will be used only to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand product usage and performance. These measure privacy-oriented events such as which tool was opened or whether an export succeeded. We do not collect document text, filenames, clipboard contents, invoice details, or other user content. We do not use session replay or advertising trackers. Hosting logs may record basic request metadata (such as IP address and page visited).
